Following the latest Government announcements, and in line with the information provided when placing your booking, all events over the next few weeks will be placed On-Hold as a result of these restrictions effecting the experience dates. We are currently in the process of contacting all effected bookings.
These On-Hold events are still active bookings and are ready and waiting to be rescheduled back in once restrictions have eased.
Activity centres will be reopening in stages, described in the full covid statement.
Rescheduling your "on hold" event - Only for bookings that are on hold. This form should not be used to request a change to your existing booked date.
